Outrow privacy

What Outrow keeps locally, and when it connects.

This page describes the current release-candidate behavior. Store disclosures and consent behavior will be kept aligned with the mobile build that is actually released.

Effective July 13, 2026

Outrow is published by NextPage IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Mohali, India, under the NextPage Games label. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

Progress on your device

Outrow stores settings, lives, level results, active attempts, prepared puzzle content, and related progress locally so play can resume.

Online puzzle services

A connection is used to refresh published levels, load Daily Path content, prepare a guest profile, load rankings, and submit eligible scores.

Guest identity

The online leaderboard uses an install-linked guest profile and a generated or player-selected display name. It is not presented as a recoverable account.

Optional rewarded advertising

When available in a released build, a player can choose a rewarded ad for recovery or assistance. Outrow does not describe these placements as automatic interruptions.

Information stored on the device

Outrow stores game settings and progress needed to continue play. Depending on the build and play state, this can include lives, scores, stars, completion times, the current level, an active attempt, hint and wand availability, Daily Path progress and claims, a locally generated installation identifier, cached guest-profile information, and prepared regular puzzle content. Removing the app or clearing its local data can remove this information.

Information sent to Outrow services

The game connects to NextPage-operated services to obtain published levels and configuration, load Daily Path content, prepare an install-linked guest profile, check or reserve a display name, load leaderboard rows, and submit eligible score results. Requests can include the guest profile identifier, display name, app version, level identity, score, stars, completion time, scoring version, and operational request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

A guest profile is not described as a recoverable account. Reinstalling the game, clearing data, or changing devices can affect access to that profile and locally stored progress.

Rewarded advertising

Release builds may use Google Mobile Ads to offer player-initiated rewarded video for recovery or assistance. Google and the mobile platform may process device, advertising, consent, network, interaction, and diagnostic information under their own terms and platform disclosures. Outrow grants a game reward only after the advertising provider reports that the reward was earned. Availability, consent prompts, and identifiers can vary by platform, region, age settings, and the released build.

This page does not promise that the game collects no data or performs no tracking. Final App Store and Google Play disclosures must match the advertising SDK and consent configuration in the public build.

Connectivity, retention and choices

Prepared regular puzzles and local progress can remain usable during an interruption, but a first launch, content refresh, Daily Path, guest profile, display-name change, leaderboard, and score submission can require a connection. Local information remains until the app updates, prunes prepared content, the player clears data, or the app is removed. Server-side profile and score information is retained as needed to operate rankings, protect the service, and meet legal or operational obligations.

To ask a privacy question or request review of server-side information associated with an Outrow guest profile, email [email protected]. Include the display name and only the minimum context needed to locate the profile; do not send passwords, secret keys, advertising identifiers, or unrelated personal information.
